Founded in July of 2021, by Jenneter Brooks, in memory of her mother Brenda L. Brooks. Brenda was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007, underwent intensive treatments, and survived, however, due to the reoccurrence of the disease, she passed in May 2009. Her faith and humbleness inspired many during her fight because she never gave up hope even in the darkest of times. The Brenda L. Brooks Foundation is our avenue to give back to the cause and our community while keeping her legacy alive.
